    Thanks much! I can't wait, no more PMI come December of this year, 2016!

    We will still continue, providing positive cash flow dependent (of course), even after the end of the year. A "Side Goal" for 2016 was to get below $140K by December 2016, but we will see. If we continue $700 additional each month that will happen March 2017, so we would need to come up with the additional approximately $2K, but we'll see. The goal is to probably unload the house in the short term, but we would need to extract around $50K (conservative number) in net proceeds after the sale in order to move from our starter home to something a little larger and more acreage. Hoping the rates remain in the 3% through the next 24 months or so!
